Arizona Refund Policy

NTSI fee is not refundable unless an exception is granted or is ordered by a court.
Per 7-205 regulations, AOC Fee and Surcharge is not refundable when:

Student has started an online course
Student failed final exam

Per 7-205 regulations, AOC fee, surcharge and court diversion fee is not refundable for:

Ineligible violation or student

Individuals are ultimately responsible for their eligibility status.
