STEP 1 -- Eligibility Check

Please read the following requirements carefully. In order to register for traffic school you must meet all of the following requirements:

1. YOU MUST NOT have attended a Defensive Driving class for a ticket issued within 24 months of you current ticket.
2. YOU MUST NOT possess a CDL (Commercial Drivers License), regardless of whether or not you possesed a CDL prior to receiving your citation.
3. YOU MAY ONLY attend defensive driving class for 1 violation. If you received multiple violations on your citation you must resolve the additional violations with the court.
4. PIMA COUNTY JP Violations that involve Juveniles, please contact NTSI @ 520-547-2500.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to determine if you meet these requirements. We will perform a courtesy eligibility check for you against Arizona state records. The results of this eligibility check are not absolute and you are ultimately responsible for determining if you are ineligible to attend class. If you do not meet these requirements and elect to attend traffic school, the violation will still be reflected on your driving record and school fees will not be reimbursable.

YOU MUST COMPLETE traffic school 7 days prior to the court date shown on your citation.
